Do you come to my home, hotel, or office?
Yes. HealTech is a house-call service: a doctor, nurse, or lab technician comes to wherever you are in Los Cabos — home, hotel, or office. You don't travel anywhere or sit in a waiting room.
What area do you cover?
Los Cabos, Baja California Sur: from Cabo San Lucas to San José del Cabo and up to La Ribera. Farther areas such as La Ribera are a longer drive; we confirm your arrival time on WhatsApp.
Do your doctors speak English?
Yes. Our doctors speak English and Spanish.
Are you available 24/7?
Yes, we make house calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For a life-threatening emergency (chest pain, trouble breathing, a serious injury) call 911 or go to the nearest hospital: a house call is not a substitute for an ER.
How can I pay?
In US dollars or Mexican pesos, cash or card. We also take PayPal, with a processing fee and tax added.
Can I get a receipt for my insurance?
Yes. We give you a receipt for every visit, and a Mexican tax invoice (factura) if you need one. If you plan to claim reimbursement, check with your insurer what it covers abroad.
What services do you offer?
General medical care and minor emergencies, nursing, physiotherapy, post-op and wound care, laboratory, IV therapy, ultrasound, ECG, and X-ray at your location; medical equipment rental such as oxygen, CPAP, and wheelchairs; plus pharmacy and nutrition.

Do you have a physical practice?
Yes. Our practice is at Calle Gandhi, Plaza Tecnológico, Local 1-2, San José del Cabo, where office-only services such as nutrition are seen. Most visits, though, happen at your location.
